THE GENDER -CONFLICT THEORY OF THE SOCIAL-CONFLICT APPROACH.

Basically, a theory stands for the examination of a chosen topic and analyses everything under the topic finding an answer for the question as well as giving honest opinions on what an individual or a sociologist understood by the study.

we all know the society consists of several genders and it is always a struggle for dominance as to which gender is superior and which one will rule over the other and who gets to make the most of what is available out there and the strong and continuous hustle that goes on to prove the supremacy.

The fact remains that the male is the dominant gender in most societies across the world and especially in most Asian countries like India it is men who rule every household and quiet honestly in some communities women are like scorpions under the slippers of the men, they are usually identified by their father, brother, husband, sons name of the course and their personal identity is sometimes lost and we find the suppressed gender often gathering together to fight most issues and injustice against them and still the results are not quite impressive.

I want to further add that even when women will have any chance to rise or any other suppressed gender for that matter there are a set of social norms that come to existence and stand as a wall hindering the success of these genders. I can give you a few examples to support this statement as I said, A country like India is entirely male-dominated and to support this there are social norms across many communities like where the woman have to cover their faces with a veil called Ghungat and some communities is just the men who work outside and the women are restricted just to the kitchen and to bear children and will never have any earning for herself and has to entirely depend on her husband’s (mostly) income, this kind of statement is also supported by Friedrich Engels who gave an opinion almost similar to the above statement.

Conclusion

I personally feel that the conflict or the so-called completion between genders to prove supremacy will positively end when there are no social norms that define or favour a particular gender in general or do not stand as a hindrance or wall between two genders some times compelling them to act according to the genders they are subjected to and can have the freedom they deserve.

Also, any individual believing social norms or stereotyping or being dominant in their gender should absolutely remove those feeling from within and from society only when there is freedom from within can any gender be one gender and do not differentiate among themselves and the society can function better.
