Meanwhile, if I had one million dollars, I would run a company for the purpose of earning more money in the future. If I had one million dollars, I would open a savings account to store the money in a bank. I would keep a quarter amount of the money for using it in my further education. I then would donate half amount of the money to help the homeless children living in an orphanage.

Finally, I would spend the rest of the money on my family activities.

Furthermore, if I had dad one million dollars, I would have already traveled all around the world. l would have walked on the street in Provence, visited the Eiffel Tower in Paris, touched the sands around the Pyramid. If I had had one million dollars, I would have gambled in a casino in Las Vegas. I would have won dozens of million dollars during the gambling. If I had had one million dollars, I would have invested them in the stock market.

If the share price had an upswing in one day, I would have earned double the money back. However, there is no if in the reality of life. Hence, I have to strive for a better life by myself. Although I did not have one million dollars, I satisfied with I have a harmonious family. In spite of I did not have a great amount of money to donate, I can be a volunteer to help disabled people and homeless children. Above all, money cannot buy your love and health.

Example #2

If I had a million dollars I would lend a hand to others and donate to charities. I choose to help others because it makes people feel good about themselves, it feels good to help others, and it will set an example for my children to give to someone in need.

Helping others makes people feel good about themselves. When people feel that someone cares, it brightens up their day. With a million dollars, I would donate a large sum of money to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital so they can continue to provide care to children with cancer and other diseases.

The money I donate will not only aid the hospital to get better equipment for research but, also leave a good impression in the hearts of the children.

It feels good to help others. Helping and making other people happy is good for all of us because it will improve our lives. Helping others not only helps them feel good, but it also helps you feel good about me. It is always better to give than to receive. The more you give the better you will feel. Setting an example for your children is important.

Giving to others will inspire your child to give as well. I always try to set a good example for my children, because they are watching and imitating everything you do. Be a good model for your children by giving and sharing with others. Furthermore, if I had a million dollars, I would continue to make other contributions to charities to improve the lives of others.

I will assist others in need by providing financial support, and my children will follow the examples I have instilled in them. Helping people can make a big difference in their lives and you will feel great that you need.

Example #3

“If I had a million dollars if I had a million dollars…I would-” ever heard of that song? If not you should probably search it up on YouTube. So I’m going to explain what I would do if I had a million dollars, will you at some point? This is another perfect opportunity to decide whether I’m smart or a really big idiot.

Well, first I would buy about 10 thousand lottos 649 tickets to get myself some more. Usually, from what I’ve seen, the jackpot is at 20 million. Using about 20 million more could be a real help out. In fact maybe at some point, I could keep buying more lotto tickets to try and earn more. When you have 1 million dollars losing about 20 thousand doesn’t always seem so bad. I would love to spend my money wisely, and in a way, you have to admit it is kind of smart of you to try and win a lottery for more money (Okay, maybe it isn’t). I don’t usually support gambling, but when it comes to lotteries, you can win a good chunk of money

I would buy myself a nice 300 thousand dollar house to live in. Enough room to start a family, get in the necessities of a house (I’m talking about furniture, appliances, and you can’t forget the electronics.) I would prefer a house rather than an apartment. Apartments are not big enough to support a family, and when you want to fit a bunch of things in there, it won’t work out. If I want to throw parties (you’ll see later), a small apartment just won’t do. I would hire a maid because, like any other regular person, I do not like to clean. I also expect to have a pool and a hot tub in my back yard. Those are absolute necessities for my house.

I would make myself known throughout the world, and try to get myself some meetings with famous people, like my friend. He has met Drake the rapper and Erik Karlson from the Ottawa Senators (for those of you who don’t know where he comes from and what makes him so famous.) Maybe I would get to meet Bill Gates and Eminem. I’m jealous of him for being able to meet a couple of famous people.

I would definitely buy myself a phone, an iPhone. The one thing I’ve wanted most so far in my life is a phone. A phone with a nice unlimited calling and texting plan (You can find that at Mobilicity.) You see, okay maybe you don’t see, my parents have gotten the money to buy my sister a phone, so I have to wait until university to get a phone. So I have to stick with my iPod touch’s calling/texting only with internet kind of plan (yes it is free, except for text plus free calls, you have to buy minutes. I got text plus free calls, and just text plus because FaceTime and iMessage only work with people who have iPods, it doesn’t work with regular phones.

I would get a dog and pamper him/her to the most I could, such as hiring a personal dog walker, someone to clean, feed, and give him/her water. I would take him to the best places for dogs to get massages. And I would hire a trainer (I honestly don’t mean to sound lazy.) The kind of dog I would like though is a husky. I think huskies are smart, and they look extremely nice. Maybe if he is good enough I can enter him in one of those dog competitions.

I wouldn’t force him to wear clothes because I’ve tried it on my dog, and he does not like to wear clothing. I love dogs and I love cats, but I would take the dog for sure. Although the dog I have now doesn’t love me, I still love him. He loves to see my sister instead (I know what you mean, a dog is supposed to be a man’s best friend, and he is mine, but am I his?.)

I would love to donate to charity; giving 50 thousand couldn’t hurt right? It’s going towards the right cause so I have no problem spending a good chunk of money to kids/people in general who need help. Perhaps I could own a charity, create a fundraiser of my own at my mansion. I can hold a party (with security so no one can steal something) for everyone who pays 5 dollars entry fee.

I could go and give that to people who really need help getting an education or those who can’t afford medical care. The world isn’t only about one person, it’s about everyone and everyone should be able to lead a nice normal life. I encourage everyone to spare some money to charities, it is for the right reason and you could honestly help someone a lot.

I would start to go on vacation a lot more frequently. I would most likely go to my favorite vacation spot, which is Mexico. For the first time in my life, I would take a first-class trip to Mexico and stay at the one series of resorts I trust.

I suggest if you haven’t used them to go to Palace Resorts. Vacations fill up a lot of my life, I love paradise, and I go there yearly. My family already has our vacation plans already for the next few years. Every anniversary either only my parents go, or I go as well, and at winter break (this year Christmas and New Year’s) we are going as a family with my sister. If I had a million dollars I would make that a lot more frequent.

So this is what I would do if I had a million dollars, you can do quite a bit of thing with it. But if you have a million dollars be careful because you could be targeted. That is why you hire bodyguards. I think that I would spend a million dollars wisely in a way, but I think I can be a bit careless with the money I have. Girls are sure not to go on a shopping spree, men try not to spend a lot of it on electronics and suits to make you look nice. With everyone there is always something that is irresistible, so be careful on how you spend your money.

Example #4

Winning a lottery is the luckiest thing that can happen to anybody. It makes a person feel on top of the world. I would feel the same way just like everybody else. On the other hand, if the lottery amount is in a range that can fulfill any wish one can have, it will make life’s most amazing beautiful heaven.

If I win a $50 million dollar in the New Jersey lottery my life will be a miracle. It will first give me opportunities to achieve not only my wishes but those wishes which I can only dream and it takes a long way to reach them.

For instance, I will take care of my family, with myself and I would also like to donate some money for poor people back in my country. As I mentioned that I will take care of my family, it includes a lot of never-ending requirements. Since my family and I live in a townhouse apartment, I would like to buy a new house for my family.

We hardly fit in our space. It is a spacious apartment but not much for a 6 member family. I have 2 sisters. I and my sister share a room. It is fun to have a sister in a room.

It means a lot to me that she is always closer to me and there for me whenever I need her. But everybody reaches a level in their life where privacy is very important. Therefore I believe that every individual in a house must have their own space where they can have as much privacy as they want. Moreover, my mom and dad have a big family. They always like to have to get together and celebrate any event together. Getting a big house will fill my mom and dad’s wish and will make life much easier. Everybody has a way of earning.

A way that suits them and makes their life flow the way they want it to be. Our family is really connected dependent on each other. Nobody has a problem with that. But if my luck gives me such an opportunity I would definitely like to modify our way of earning. My mom babysits and she is tired of doing that I will ask her to take a break from work since she hasn’t in the past 5 years. My dad is a heart and diabetic patient. But he hasn’t stopped working. He drives a limo and does a property business as part-time with his savings.

I would want him to quit his limo job and start property business on a larger scale. This will give my mom and dad a wealthy and healthy life. Such an opportunity brings a list of things to do which is never-ending. I would definitely like to spend some on myself and my brother and sisters.

We all are in colleges and have a lot of loans. Along with this, we work part-time with full-time college. It does get hard in the middle. Not only that but we also haven’t had vacations in the past 5 years. I won’t work yet because my family thinks that it is important for me to focus on my studies.

However, they provide me any and everything. My sisters go to New York City for their college every day. They don’t dorm there because it’s expensive and they have jobs here. I would definitely like to help them out. We share 2 cars. Yes, it is hard to share 2 cars in 5 people since my mom does not drive. I would like to buy a car for myself and my brother and sisters. Besides this, I have so many things that it feels like 50 million dollars might be less for all this.

I want to get a laptop, an iPod, a lot of shopping. I also want to do one thing. I want to go on a world tour with my family. It will be my biggest dream coming true. There is also something that I want to achieve in my life. I want to do something that gives me some peace. There are a lot of people in this world who are suffering just because they don’t have enough earning, those who are dying because they don’t have enough money to afford their treatment. A lot of such incidences are founding my country.

I would like to do something for such people. Such donate money in some charity, help sick people, provide a home to homeless or may provide education to children who are not able to. Last but not the least, it’s not very easy to win the lottery but very easy to list a number of things that are needed. It all depends on luck and when will I get that lucky, no one knows. But if I get that lucky it not only includes me but my family members who are always there for me and have always provides me the best.

Example #5

What would you do with a million dollars? The amount of money that will pass through your hands over a working lifetime is incredible. For example, if you work 40 years and earn only an average of $25,000 per year, you will have made $1 million even without salary increases due to inflation. The average family in America earns nearly $50,000 per year.

You are likely to earn over $2 million dollars in your lifetime! What will you do with your millions? Many older people have spent it all. Is that what you will do? What do you want to do with your money?

First, you need to decide what you want. Create your dream list. This is your first step in spending your millions. Your dreams are what you want to do, to own or to become. The biggest reason capable people don’t realize their dream is that they see themselves in terms of what they lack: lack of money, lack of time, lack of ability, lack of opportunity, lack of support from family. Once you have determined where you are going and what you want to do in life, the things you now see yourself lacking you will find along the path of life.

A bar of gold only a few yards ahead of you is out of your reach as long as you choose to remain stuck where you are. Your dreams list will get you unstuck and allow you to see possibilities and opportunities instead of roadblocks and problems.

Of course, it is mentally easier to attempt to avoid disappointment by not wanting much. Remember, those who ask little from life always get what they ask for—little or nothing. Dream big dreams. President Kennedy said we should go to the moon not because it would be easy, but because it would be hard.

Example #6

Money gushes about itself,” Though I am a piece of paper, I have never seen the dustbin.” How so ever rich a person maybe they never wish to throw away unless they have to escape legal bindings. A rich wish to be richer and a poor wants to be rich. Never ever a person born with a desire to be poor and stay poor throughout life.

People say money can’t buy happiness but what can poverty buy other than sorrow and misery. Money is dear in the singular form as well as in plural form. The world is full of examples when people went through lots of hardships, earned fortune. Where have you seen anyone that becomes bankrupt and lived happily ever after?

Money empowers, enhances and improves the lifestyle of personnel earning it. The more of it is merrier and this is a universal rule. Fame and name are complementary to money. One earns money, the rest two follows of their own. A rich person is always brainy.  To mention many brains, work continues at the back, to multiply the owner’s wealth.

Literally, Wealth weighs a lot. Money brings responsibility to itself. In society one earns money and in return society demands pay back it to society in terms of charity. In case one doesn’t pay off, the societal norms are so strict that it snatches it away from the owner somehow.

To be generous and charitable one needs to earn a huge amount of money. A meager earner thinks twice before doing charity as hard-earned money is difficult to part with.

I am not among the millionaire breed of the world but who doesn’t wish to be one. At times I wish I could have a million dollars at my disposal and those millions multiply on a daily basis. I am not being a daydreamer but then if a little bit of daydreaming renders pleasure, what’s the harm with the same?

My family has enough to meet our basic needs and titbits of luxuries too. But to meet the grandeur of millionaire is way ahead. To start with, if I could have a million dollars to spend I will start redefining my lifestyle.

At least half a dozen big cars not smaller than a Roll Royce should be on the porch of my villa/ mansion.  Dressed chauffeur in them.  The number of house helpers for the maintenance of the same are quintessential.  Lavish breakfast, lunch, and dinner should be daily customs.

World tours are being mandatory every quarter of the year. A lot of shopping is at the top of the to-do list. Parties should follow for the celebration of even the smallest joy of my family. The private helicopter is not a luxury for a millionaire I suppose. Rather it’s a must-have asset.

To keep my wealth growing, I should be having hefty investments in share markets. Keeping in mind long term gains, I should be having a team of expert advisers to assist me. I would, of course, pay them. Property in almost every prominent city of the world is not too much what I am asking for. Forbes list of richest person, I should top once.

Being a sought of technology savvy person, I wish to own all the latest gadgets available on this planet. Be it the latest I- phone, DSLR camera to capture my moments, mobile printer to name a few.

Adventure excites me. So I should try my hands at all the adventurous sport available ranging from scuba diving to sky diving. Mountaineering with assistants is not a bad idea to enjoy life in close quarters with nature.

I am not so self-centered to forget social responsibilities. I will be doing charity a lot but as it’s said charity beings at home in the beginning. So I will follow the aforesaid axiom.

I will be contributing to the building of schools and hospitals to impart knowledge. Hygienic   Hospitals are the basic needs of any nation. But the five-star hotel-style hospitals are luxuries. So, I am more inclined toward the philanthropic aspect.  Building infrastructures to help needy and poor sections. Schools with the safety of kids its priority is what I dream of.

Example #7 – interesting ideas

If I had a million dollars, I’d pay for my wife’s hysterectomy surgery #1, since she has what is called fibroids which make her bleed and bleed in and out her period. I’m guessing that would take about a couple of grand. I’d pay off all of our debts that show up on our credit score. Then, I’d buy us a dream house or build the bich from the ground the way we want it. Then, I’d buy us a couple brand new vehicles that we want and sell the used ones we have. I’d give my mom and dad about $100,000 to split and give my five siblings about $25,000 apiece.

Still, I’d want to save some of it, so hmmm… OK, here goes:

First, I would pay off any and all outstanding debts I had at the time. (hopefully they do not exceed a million dollars)

Next, as long as I still had enough, I would kick a lot down to various needy, but deserving folks that I know to try to ease their burden a little.

With what is left, I’d take about 20% of it, and either play the stock market, or go to Vegas and put it all on red…not sure which one is safer, nor more profitable.

The other 80% would be turned to gold and be buried in my backyard.

I would keep my job and continue my current lifestyle, hoping the price of gold will continue to slowly climb, and use that as at least a start to a retirement nest egg.

It may be boring, but this is what I’d do..

  1. Pay off all my bills and debts
  2. Pay off all my family’s and loves ones’ debt
  3. Move myself to a better, safer neighborhood and buy myself a house with lots of room to grow and lots of outdoor space and activities
  4. Get myself out of my current jobs and get myself back into college and training so that I can get a better career that actually makes me happy and makes a difference in the world
  5. Give my mom and dad extra money so that they can better themselves and live their dreams
  6. Put money in an irrevocable trust for all of my siblings and cousins so that they can go to whatever college or training they want without having to worry about money
  7. Move my grandma out of a nursing home, bring her back home, and hire the best of the best nurses to help care for her
  8. Donate money to organizations I care about and that make a difference in people’s lives
  9. Go to animal shelters and donate tons of money to help buy food and help build bigger, better facilities for all the animals
  10. Start a charity to help young women and men who are victims of abuse and harassment worldwide
  11. Start charities overseas that help patients with HIV and AIDS access medications and care
  12. Donate money to planned parenthood and other reproductive health clinics so that they can continue to serve poor and underprivileged women and men

Look at it this way. Say you are 30 years old and you are making 40K at your job right now. Simple math, without any interest or the like, means that 1MM would last for 25 years. So you could live for that long and not work. BUT realistically you would invest the money.

Say you could make 5% a year on the principal of 1MM. THAT MEANS you invest the whole million. So you make $50k a year off that money. So now, even though you were making 40 k before, you are now making $50k/yr and you still have the 1MM.

ALSO in the first example, the money that you are not spending would also be invested. So each year you would still be making money, but not as much since you are taking out $40K.

There are a whole lot of scenarios. It also depends on where you live. If you live in Manhattan it would be harder. If you live in rural area in Omaha it would be easier.

The right planning and some foresight and the use of a financial planner probably means you could live out your life comfortably. JUST DO NOT spend money stupidly. No $100,000 cars or $15,000 watches.

Example #8

I would build a creative cocoon for women of color that are all about it.

I would invite the children of the victims of police brutality and mandate their future into the American Dream that killed their primary caregiver.

I would help establish the initiative that is aimed at helping to re-establish a new order for law enforcement. Thugs and bigots will have a harder time applying for the right to garner a badge.

I would invest in the educational dots of my community by making the connection from infancy to adulthood. The future will be brighter and that light will never dim.

I would enhance the goals and aspirations of the movement to the best of my ability. I will sponsor outlets that demonstrate the skills of enlightenment — set to artistic interpretations that ultimately enhance the message of peace and love — in all its glory.

I would become a well-rehearsed auteur — who follows the rhythm of the times without faltering on the mission — that needs gold-plated wings to reach the altitude of recognition and steadfast endurance.

My millions will save us. So many have tried but failed. I will be the exception. I will be a whore for justice and the release from evil and White power.

I just need a million fucking dollars.
