Fast food is an easy and convenient way to get food as it is ready to eat at a moment’s notice. However, many people including me have very negative things to say about unhealthy greasy fast food, even though it is popular around the world. There has been an explosion of business making fast food In the United States where many people believe it is perhaps too popular. In most streets, one can find a variety of fast-food restaurants throughout many countries, and the most popular is McDonald’s. However Fast food can affect health and people’s minds.
Fast food affects us in many negative ways. People who are professionals in medicine do not agree with this kind of food and the way it is prepared. It is pretty much is common knowledge these days. The majority of the foods served at fast-food restaurants contain an insane amount of calories, tonnes of fat (including evil Trans fats), and are high in pretty much everything else a sensible person would want their food to be low in. To cut a Long story short, it is the kind of food you want to avoid eating. The reason why there is such concern for example would be that people in the United States eat fast food every day and their children are more motivated to eat unhealthy food.

Being overweight is a huge problem nowadays. In many cases, individuals suffer from heart problems and respiratory problems and some people are even too fat to get out off their own bead and that causes bacteria to sweat to build up under their fat. This pattern of health can even be seen in schools where children are eating fast food regularly and getting said effects such as spots all over their faces and fat building up some are even so fat they can not even see their toes. For example, in my High School, I saw many boys and girls with weight problems who struggle to get upstairs, and they could not keep up with the rest of the class in activities some even get, and also had respiratory problems most of the time. We have time to improve this pattern by eating good healthy food and making a change or putting a band to it.
However, you do not need to be smart to know that fast food is full of fat grease and calories therefore people should know that it is time to stop eating fast food and realize it is unhealthy and stop blaming others for what they eat because you are what you eat! Fast food can affect people in many other negative horrible ways. When I say people I am referring more to the children. Mothers often have trouble with their kids because they do not like healthy food. In some cases like McDonald’s, they use the TV to manipulate and bribe the children because they are going to get a reward for their unhealthy meals. For example, some kids eat fast food in school, and after school, they demand and to go to restaurants. In many cases, parents are to blame because they do not put an end to unhealthy eating.
If they continue to do this, their bodies start changing and their minds and turn into fast food addicts. There are some children who are as young as 12 years old who hocked on. However, probably already know this. The funny thing is, like you, most of the world doesn’t seem to care. The fast-food restaurants continue to do just fine because people continue eating their unhealthy food. I have decided that if you are still going to eat this junk, you might as well at least know what the best and worst (of the worst) are In conclusion, fast food can do many negative things to people should be careful and take care of their lives and health. In reality, I do not often eat fast foods And I recommend my friends and family not to either.
